Returns Procedure
• Please return all new/unused products in their original packaging within 2 days of receiving the items.
• Returned products that are more than 90 days old, or returned without original packaging, are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Please include your original invoice with this completed return & exchange form. This helps to expedite processing & speed up your return. Keep a copy for your records.
• It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our warehouse, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

Credits System
Credit will be issued within one week (5 business days) of receiving a returned part back at High Performance Spare Parts. As different credit card companies require varying amounts of time to apply for said credit, High Performance Spare Parts cannot estimate any additional time required for that credit to appear on any individuals credit card. There are no returns or credits on items used or installed by the customer or items that are physically damaged. If you receive an item that is physically damaged when you receive it then you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Do not send a physically damaged item back to High Performance Spare Parts unless we instruct you to do so! Simply contact us so that we may assist you in handling a damage claim with the carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.).
